

Kelly oversees The Reserve as the Administrator or as we call it, General Manager. Kelly holds a BS degree from Arizona State University The majority of his career has been in managing hotels to include Coast Hotels and Wyndham Hotels and Resorts. The transition from Hotel work to the Senior Industry was easy. To hear him tell it: this is like a fine hotel with permanent guests. “Fine-tuning the operation to please our guests offers a reward and an atmosphere that cannot be beat.” Married with two sons, Kelly resides in Thousand Oaks.

Joey holds the Guest Services Manager title for The Reserve. As Assistant to the GM, Joey oversees hospitality in a collection of departments. He brings with him a background in the healthcare industry, as well as over twelve years of experience in the hotel industry including management positions with Hilton Hotels and SLS Hotels. With a passion for helping others Joey believes that every individual should experience sublime customer service, and strives to make this show in everything he does. He lives in the Los Angeles area with his wife and three kids.

Rose fills the Health and Wellness Director Role for The Reserve. As a graduate of Rio Hondo College’s School of Nursing, Rose is specially trained in working with our aging population. Rose has been in the senior care industry for over 20 years, and has recently hit her 12 year tenure with Leisure Care, our management group. Rose finds her work rewarding, and is happy to use her knowledge and experience to make the lives of our residents healthier and full of hope. Rose’s primary strength is simple: compassion.

Fran fulfills the Office Manager position at The Reserve. With 20 years of experience in office administration, accounting and customer service, Fran is in her element. But, the office isn’t Fran’s favorite place to be. Fran can be found enjoying the company of residents on any given day, whether it is to deal black jack or dance at Happy Hour. This interaction brings Fran her greatest reward. Fran is married with three children, two grandchildren and lots of salt water fish to fill two aquariums.

Hector is proud to be our Chef. His generosity and kindness exemplifies the strong hospitality culture of The Reserve. Hector is the eldest son of eight siblings. Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, Hector came to the United States at the age of 18. Hector has worked for restaurants for his entire career. Holding the title of Head Chef is not new as Hector has held this title for a number of restaurants. Along with his wife and 2 children, he has been a resident of nearby Simi Valley for 15 yrs. Hector's passion for cooking can be witnessed by all of the happy residents who remind us daily that food is priority #1.

Linda is our Programs Supervisor for The Reserve. Her desire to make a difference in people’s lives is what led her to the industry. A background in event planning originated with her commitment of eleven volunteer years of service on the Simi Valley YMCA Board of Managers. She has called Simi Valley home for 31 years. Her administrative management background developed in managing a construction business for 20 years. Linda is married with three children.

Elizabeth is a Sales Advisor for The Reserve. Previously, Elizabeth worked in sales and marketing in the hospitality industry for companies such as Hilton Hotels and Westin Hotels. An advocate for arts education, Elizabeth volunteers at Footwork’s Youth Ballet, a Ventura based non-profit, where she assists in their marketing and public relations efforts. A love for non-profit work led Elizabeth to The Reserve. A mother to four children, Elizabeth has been a resident of Thousand Oaks for fifteen years. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, cooking, reading, the beach and spending time with her family.

Jodi is a Sales Advisor for The Reserve. Prior to joining The Reserve, Jodi worked in sales and marketing within the worker's compensation industry. Making the switch to Senior Living gave Jodi the opportunity for close interaction with folks she sincerely adores. Outside of work, Jodi’s passion is Dreamtending. She holds an advanced certification from Pacifica Graduate Institute. She has lived in the Conejo Valley for the past 20 years. Jodi has two grown children and two dogs.

Annette is a Sales Advisor for The Reserve. With a background in counseling and health club management, Annette held titles such as Counselor at Moorpark College and Career Director at California Lutheran University. Annette feels her real calling is to work with the senior population. As the primary care-person for her parents, Annette reached beyond her household and became a senior advocate by creating support groups for care-givers in the area and volunteering for other senior advocacy organizations. When you talk with Annette, you’ll soon realize her knowledge of the area is vast. We think living in Thousand Oaks all of her life has something to do with it.

Paul is the Plant Operations Supervisor for The Reserve. He has an extensive background in facilities management and construction. Originally from southern Louisiana, he and his family have lived in California for 10 years. Paul is married with four beautiful children. His family is active in the local Little League where Paul serves on the board of directors.
